Frank Roessler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ashcroft Capital, a New York City–based real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily properties across high-growth U.S. markets. As CEO, Frank leads the firm’s long-term vision, strategic growth initiatives, and overall operations at Ashcroft Capital.

Since its inception, the firm has established itself as a trusted operator in value-add multifamily real estate investing, acquiring and repositioning high-quality apartment communities in strategically selected submarkets of major, rapidly expanding metropolitan areas. Rather than attempting to time market cycles, Ashcroft Capital emphasizes disciplined acquisitions, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

As of 2021, the firm managed approximately $1.3 billion in assets across more than 11,500 multifamily units, supported by a diverse capital base that includes high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners. Ashcroft’s investment philosophy is centered on delivering attractive, risk-adjusted returns while preserving capital for multifamily real estate investors.

Frank earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. His analytical background and operational expertise have played a key role in building Ashcroft Capital’s multifamily portfolio into a nationally recognized investment platform.
