Frank is a print, video, and photo journalist living and working in New York City. He is producer of the documentary "Water Tower" and is a recent graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. He has published work with the New York Times and is currently freelancing.
Frank has lived and worked abroad in Korea, Czech Republic, and Germany having previously worked in foreign policy, finance, and education.
