Security and BCP Manager | Capital Farm Credit

I serve as the Security and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Manager for Capital Farm Credit, overseeing security, safety, and physical continuity across 67 locations in Texas. My responsibilities include developing and coordinating security policies, emergency procedures, and system implementations. I also support the Real Estate department with a wide range of operational needs, from furniture installation and cabling to office planning and facilities coordination.

I am currently a junior at Tarleton State University pursuing a Business degree, with plans to earn a master’s and position myself for senior management within the next 15 years, with the long-term goal of succeeding current leadership.

Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and hands-on projects that allow me to tinker and build.
