Frank T Williams is the director of the Senior Ex-Offenders Program (SEOP) in San Francisco, CA. SEOP is an innovative program service for men and women 50 and over reentering their community, under the Bayview Hunters Point Multipurpose Senior Services, Inc. As director, Mr. Williams formed collaborations with various non-profits, governmental agencies, social and human services, workforce development and job training agencies, housing services and educational colleges and universities. Mr. Williams conceptualized the historical annual “In the Trenches Awards” (ITTAs) ceremony with Dr. George Davis (ED) and Dr Martin Jones (SFSD)-google for more information. ITTAs is given to men and women formerly incarcerated who turned their lives around and are change agents, change makers, and community leaders, began in 2003. SEOP is the first of its kind in the nation!

Mr. Williams is a member of the California Association of Alcohol and Drugs Educator (CAADE) and he sits on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries San Francisco, San Mateo & Marin Counties.
