I have been through a lot in the 43 years I have been on this planet. I am a very strong woman, with a positive attitude. I dont have time for negitivity as I am going to live this life as happy as I can, and I believe in order to be truly happy, they can't think, speak and practice anger, sorrow, and general negitivity. Everyday there is always something you can be thankful for, whether its the sunshine, your warm home, your loved ones, or even because you ate today. I am thankful everyday for all the gifts in my life, and I will tell you I am a very lucky woman, because I have more than a lot of people.

I enjoy sitting back with a good book, writing poetry, watching a movie, and spending family time with my wonderful family. I have a terrific man, that I have been blessed to have in my life, I was blessed with three wonderful children, all of which, have become wonderful adults, and I am excited to say, I am extremely proud of all of them!

I have gone through a lot in my fourty years of life, but I believe everything I have endured has made me a better person today. I wont tell you my sad story, because I know you probably have one too.

I am lucky to live in the Okanagan, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I don't travel very often but maybe one day I might be into jumping in a car and travelling around, just to say, "Yea, I love seeing new places and meeting new people! Maybe we should go for a drive and see a new place!!"

I am most known for my poetry, and have only ever been published once, in 2003. MADD CANADA, flew me to Toronto, and helped me over come the death of my sister, Sheena, killed in an alcohol related car accident.

I am lucky I have two other siblings, a brother named Jordan, who resides in Kamloops BC, as well as a sister Tina, who lives in Port Hardy, BC. I dont get to see them very often, but I love and miss them terribly!

I have been writing poetry all my life, and now I actually write poems for people that want one or need one. I actually wrote a poem for a friend of mine when her Daughter passed away. I think this is pretty incredible because I have never lost a child before, however I was able to write it and readers would believe I was in mourning for my own child.
