Tasked with establishing a U.S. branch of the London ad agency Geoff Howe Marketing Communications, Fraser worked diligently to establish an agency-wide mindset which understood that creative is not based upon one’s position. Everyone should have a voice. The trick, as a leader, is to cultivate an ethos that instinctively nurtures those creative sparks, igniting roaring, passionate fires in every team member.
