I've been recruiting talents for internet companies since the beginning of "new economy" in 2000. and still believe that these careers are the most exciting. in an era of digital entrepreneurship, creating your work-life has never been that easy and complex at the same time - and recruiting candidates never so much fun.

I believe that CVs are as dead as job descriptions, that people are no longer working for pay slips but for projects and inspiring people. That career paths are not linear and "professions" are gone.
