Personally I try to live life by giving more than I take and look for people who share this philosophy. My life is a good contest balancing spending time with my wife and kids, with the business I work in, with my friends and taking care of myself, which usually means playing handball, soccer or running. As such, I tend to work with people I enjoy spending time with.
