A former counterintelligence special agent with the United States Army, Fred Auzenne served his country as both an enlisted non-commissioned staff sergeant E-6 SSG and a commissioned officer. He went on to work in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and casino industries as a sales and marketing professional. Currently headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Fred Auzenne manages the Entrepreneur Opportunity Fund and heads up the Legacy Franchise Group.
A private equity fund that operates in multiple markets, the Entrepreneur Opportunity Fund consults with various business startups and initiates debt/equity placements with small and medium-sized second-stage companies. Fred Auzenne has been active with the Fund since 2009.
For the last three years, Mr. Auzenne has concurrently served as chief executive officer of the Legacy Franchise Group, an organization that assists franchisors with a range of marketing and sales functions. Over the years, Legacy has located and sold nearly 100 qualified franchises for its clients.
