I venture between Somerset & London
I am a 16 year old aspiring chef, soon to be training full time at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College. I started out in the kitchen with my mum from an early age, and secured my first part time job at the tender age of 13, in a local pub.
I have had the privilege of working at some of the UK's best hotels and restaurants, including Gidleigh Park and St Petroc's Bistro, both of which influenced and enhanced my view on cooking aswell as giving me an invaluable insight into the industry and what it takes to work at that calibure and be the best. I also assisted with Gurpareet Bains' Indian Super Food pop up at the Port Elliot Festival.
With many more stages to come this summer, of which include Resturant Nathan Outlaw, Le Manoir, The Hand & Flowers, Maze and finally Pied a Terre.
I master-minded a 'only night only pop-up' in my school canteen; An evening with Freddie Rothwell, to raise money in aid of a cultural exchange trip.
