Freddie Achom is regarded as one of London's most influential people. In 2003 Freddie Achom established the Rosemont Group of Companies, located in the British Virgin Islands. The company has a wide offering, providing luxury consumer goods and services to its clientele worldwide, consulting and property investment overseas, imported bespoke kitchens from Italy, sales and marketing services, interests in the restaurant industry and private clubs only for members worldwide. Recently Freddie Achom added a large stake in a prominent Australian based winery. In the restaurant industry, he acquired through the Rosemont Group of Companies, the Bennett chain of restaurants in England. The flagship restaurant and popular hangout in Battersea recently launched to rave reviews from some of the best food critics. In 2005 the Rosemont Group together with the Circle Management Group, a Lebanese-based company started Crystal members club in London. After considerable success, they opened clubs at various locations around the world.
Freddie Achom is also a partner and major shareholder in the BWC management & consulting, a London based firm established in 2002. The object of the company is to locate, recommend and purchase fine wines from the Bordeaux region of south west France for their clientele as a stable and low-risk investment.
