Frederick R. Weinstein

Hi. I’m Frederick—a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist by day and, by night, a graduate student in Northwestern University's MFA in Prose and Poetry with a concentration in Fiction. I was born and raised in NY and have made the Chicago area my home since 1998. I earned my BA from SUNY at Buffalo and am a graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics.

I'm passionate about functional health, writing, music, travel, nature, and fitness. Besides the upcoming publication of one of short stories, my essays and poetry have been published in literary journals. My debut novel, LOST TRACK, has been recognized in two cinematic manuscript competitions.
