Hi. I’m Frederick—a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist by day, and a student in Northwestern University's Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing program by night—a precursor to their MA/MFA. I was born and raised in NY and have made the Chicago area my home since 1998. I’m a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo and the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutic.
I'm passionate about integrative/functional health, writing, music, travel, nature, and fitness. Besides the upcoming publication of one of short stories, my essays and poetry have been previously published in literary journals.
