I am Frederick Cortez Lee Jr, an entrepreneur and the founder of Debt Elimination Group, Inc., which I launched in 1998 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. My journey into business started with a simple observation. I saw families working hard but struggling because they did not have a clear strategy they could understand and follow.

From the beginning, I chose to focus on education rather than sales. I believed that when people understand concepts, they can take control of their own outcomes. That approach helped me grow the business from one state into more than 32 states, driven mainly by word of mouth and real results.

Between 2005 and 2007, we supported over 3,400 clients and funded more than $1.3 billion in loan volume in just 30 months. What I am most proud of is that none of those clients experienced foreclosure or default during that time.

I also believe strongly in building people. I have always created opportunities for individuals from all backgrounds to succeed, regardless of education or experience. My philosophy is simple. Work hard, stay honest, and do right by people. That mindset continues to guide everything I do today.
