Frederick Dean Taylor

Frederick Dean Taylor has worked for Verizon Wireless, formerly Bell Atlantic Mobile, for nearly two decades. After joining the company as a Store Manager of Retail Sales, Frederick Dean Taylor quickly earned a series of promotions, becoming a Regional Director and District Manager of Retail Sales and then Director of Retail Sales for the Georgia and Alabama Region. After six years in this position, he assumed a similar role in the Carolinas and Tennessee Region, which he held for several years. At present, Frederick Dean Taylor serves as South Central Region President and Director of Small & Medium Business Sales for the Carolinas and Tennessee Region. As a President, he maintains oversight of all strategic direction and execution in Arkansas, Northern Mississippi, Western Tennessee, and Oklahoma. He strives to improve customer retention by improving the overall service experience through several employee development initiatives. In addition, he manages operations and marketing in his region.

A graduate of East Carolina University, Frederick Dean Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. A dedicated student, he also displayed remarkable athletic talent and earned recognition for his excellence in both arenas. He began his career as a technician with the Audiovox Corporation, installing and maintaining car stereos and alarms as well as cellular technology. A dedicated worker, he climbed the ranks at the company, becoming a sales representative and then a general manager. During his tenure with Audiovox, he held oversight for two failing markets and one startup market. Exercising ingenuity and innovation, he developed both retail and direct distribution business in these areas.
