Grippo founded and successfully built Empire Health Group, an insurance brokerage, out of a desire to broaden his horizons and work for himself. Empire Health Group enjoyed significant development under Grippo's tenure, expanding to include various satellite locations and more than 23 agents.

The years that followed saw Grippo use his knowledge and expertise to a number of successful business endeavors, starting or co-founding an impressive number of firms, online businesses, and mobile applications, including:
In 2016, Xindesigns LLC — a mobile application developer – was founded.
Carsharx.com, a mobile application that allows you to browse for automobiles and have auto dealers compete for your business, launched in 2017.

In 2018, Olliepop.com — an email marketing solution designed to assist entrepreneurs – was launched.

In 2019, NectarKast – a mobile marketing platform where Grippo formerly served as the Head of Business Development – will celebrate its 10th anniversary.

From May 2020 to the present, Grippo has dedicated all of his time and attention to the Defi and Blockchain industries.
