• Provide high quality support for incidents and issues that are escalated from infrastructure support teams.
• Manage total IT Infrastructure budget while leveraging cost efficiencies in partnership with other departments, organizations and leaders.
• Provide leadership to manage core (Data Center, LAN/WAN, server, storage, desktop, collaboration, AV, etc.) and supporting technology (monitoring, management utilities, and 3rd party applications).
• Ensure the effective application of standards, controls and best practices. Work in conjunction with the Information Security team to meet requirements.
• Establish and evolve the long term infrastructure roadmap/blueprint and continually review/update to always be in sync with evolving business needs.
• Develop technical and leadership talent, performance management and coaching/mentoring
  Partner with various business and technology leaders in other business units and/or geographies to drive enterprise initiatives.
• Continually evaluate new industry trends in infrastructure services, technologies and partners.
• Drive innovation in the environment..
