In 2012, Fred, an avid traveler, and photographer founded Fred Jo during a trip to Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro. His dream was to connect people who shared his passion for photography with designers around the world. He began by creating the Tatemono collective, a platform for photographers and designers to collaborate and showcase their work.
