Fred Norris, Ph.D. is a professional psychologist in Thousand Oaks, California. Fred Norris, Ph.D. received his Bachelor and Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. He added a second graduate degree, a Master of Business Administration, from California Lutheran University a short time later. Fred Norris, Ph.D. chose to focus his career on counseling psychology, completing his Doctorate at the University of Southern California.
