Fred Raymond Sampson has built a record of success in logistics, management, and sales posts. He has worked internationally and inside the United States for the US Department of Defense, NATO, and a Fortune 1000 organization. Fred Ray Sampson is currently administering a multi-million dollar contract for the Defense Department as a Program Manager with Multi Country Security Solutions Group/ANSO in Afghanistan.
Since accepting the position in 2011, Fred Raymond Sampson has taken the lead in executing the contract's operational requirements. He has deployed local security personnel and US site managers in Afghanistan. Likewise, Fred R. Sampson has overseen the administration of Special Forces fire bases inside that country.
Earlier, Fred Ray Sampson secured and administered high-value fuel contracts with NATO and the US Defense Department while with Supreme Fuels Trading FZE in Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates. In prior years, he worked for one of the world's largest defense contractors and managed accounts across the US for ATT, where his performance was recognized with the CEO's Pinnacle of Excellence.
Fred R. Sampson, known to many as Ray Sampson, spent more than 20 years with the US Army. A decorated veteran, he reached the rank of a Lieutenant Colonel and bore responsibility for training, leading, and preserving the lives of thousands of soldiers. He served during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom II, and during military action in Bosnia. Notably, Ray Sampson performed as Operations Officer to a Combat Brigade Team numbering 4,000 soldiers in Baghdad. His years of service were honored with a Meritorious Service Medal, a Bronze Star for valor, an Army Commendation Medal, an Army Achievement Medal, a Combat Infantry Badge with two stars, and others.
