I've worked with IT in retail and telecom industry since 1994 and began my career at Ericsson, followed by Sony Ericsson, Cybercom, Connecta, Acando, H&Mand recently joined Ragn-Sellsin 2020.

I am accustomed to working in an international environment, working and living in different countries, and have extensive experience working with outsourced service providers, located around the world, onshore or offshore. In my various assignments I’ve spent six years at H&M as a consultant and 3 years as employee, managing the IT logistics solutions within Store logistics and Trade & Transport solutions, ensuring that solutions are handled in a professional manner giving business value and availability. Coordinating troubleshooting and incident resolution for business critical systems in the supply chain. Some of them with a magnitude that it’s been written about in the press. This work also included setting the right and consistent tone and information to stakeholders and getting the right cross functional resources to work not only to resolve the incident but to do a lessons learned to avoid this type of incident again.
