Born in Torrance, California, raised in Orange County and transplanted to the Bay Area where I studied Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis in Research and Public Policy from San Francisco State University.

Over the last ten years, I have dedicated my heart, my work and life to empowering our communities through community based youth and family programing focused on community development, violence prevention, wellness education and leadership and workforce development.

Committed to education and service, I have more recently expanded my work through various creative outlets including but not limited to consulting, publishing children’s books, and establishing FREEBIRD...creating social change one effort at a time.
