William Freebody Acquah Mensah was born on September 10, in Lagos state, Nigeria. He was the only child of his parents, Freebody and Esther Mensah for five years. As an only child, his mom always had a protective eye on him because he was very destructive and loved being a bully. He took whatever he wanted whether it belonged to him or not and never for a second thought of the consequences that will follow.
After graduating from high school in 1999, he attended Star Computer Training Institute, and developed a love for computers. With the help of his parents, after graduating from the Star Computer Institute, he started a small family business called Faecon Business Center and Computer school. The business center provided graph design for various customers. After a year of running the business, Freebody added an Internet café to the Business Center. This was a booming business back in the 90's as there were limited Internet cafes around.
But after only one day of establishing the Internet café, Freebody had to leave for his voluntary evangelical LDS mission to Lagos Nigeria. Freebody completed an honorable two years mission for his church and returned back to Ghana.
He was accepted to Brigham Young University-Hawaii in the fall of 2004. His experience in BYU-Hawaii was one he would never forget! He majored in Computer Science and Information System at BYU-Hawaii.
He met his wife to be at BYU-Hawaii, right after his graduation. Upon completion of his degree, he moved to Los Angeles, California and worked with AOE Law and Associate for two years. He decided to continue what he stared in Ghana, a small IT company called Faecon LLC. With Faecon LLC, Freebody has helped to provide a wide range of IT services in Web Design & Developments, Cloud Computing, Tech Support and IT Consulting to individuals and small or mid-sized businesses in Los Angeles.
He recently moved to Utah to be with his lovely bride to be and continues his small business in greener pastures. Freebody loves watching movies, and playing basketball.
