Hi, I’m Freemen. I’m a life explorer currently living at PJ Kota Damansara, Malaysia.

I am a keen practitioner in meditation, yoga, personal growth and spiritual development. I love exploring human traits and meeting like-minded people seeking true purpose in life!

As I was very young after birth I developed a rare skin condition which was later classified by the western medical field as atopic eczema. Along my life, I have gone through many ups and down, painful experience, which some occasion nearly caused my death. These enlightening journey lead me into the field of Mind, Body, and Spirit.

I was trained as a homeopath and certified as a hypnotherapist in my early 30's. I have also ventured into many other fields of healing methodology such as naturopathy, energy/emotional healing, breath work, dream work, free flow body movements, mind empowerment, psychotherapy, and many more.

I was later involved in the field of personal development, having an opportunity to mentor/coach/guide individuals redesign their hidden talent, and help them integrate all required resources to maximises its potentials. My core principle and values based upon the 12 Universal Laws!

I was introduced into the field of yoga 25 years ago and I have completed a RYT-200 hours certified yoga teacher training along the way. I look forward to incorporating all my learnings and past life experience assisting those in need of support to build a sustainable & authentic lifestyle, making every moment an-joy-able & appreciate-able.
