I love travelling. I love writing. These two passions are, hopefully, the reason you’re here today, My name is Darcy and I’m eighteen years old. Since I was a young child travelling has always made me happy. I remember fondly being carried by my father to the car in the early hours of the morning still asleep before a flight and, more recently, travelling continents unaccompanied . I love the thrill of the plane lifting off the tarmac, the waft of a new country when you arrive and that first encounter with a local. It’s my dream to share my experiences with anyone willing to listen.
