Since 2010, my hobby has been collecting miles and points in frequent flyer and hotel programs. Why? To be able to travel the world inexpensively and in style :) Though it's debatable at this point if miles have become the ends themselves, rather than travel. Outside of travel, aviation, and the business of travel, I've had the chance to expose myself to social media and other technology, and met a lot of great and interesting people while doing this.
