Student, engineer, and Musician

Ever since I was a baby, I was interested in music. If you ask my mom, she'll show you a photo of me at the age of 2, holding a tiny, baby sized guitar. And as I grew, my passion for music did too, until I was a 7 year old begging the local music store to give me lessons. But they told me my tiny hands weren't big enough, and this is why they don't teach anyone under 8. So I came back a year later, and fell in love with playing. Ever since then, I've loved music, though I did take a year off when I found it boring, having no one in my home town to play with. I didn't have the time for lessons with clubs and sports, so not knowing what to learn next, I stopped, being tired of playing the same types of songs over and over. But after being inspired by a youtube video from Jason Sinay, I picked up the guitar again with a regained passion and started learning music theory on my own, and after moving to UGA, I found people who shared an interest in music to play with. Recently I started focusing on improvising, and I mostly jam with anyone who's willing as I find it most fun just to chill and hang with friends while playing.
