My name is Funke Ajayi. I am a young lady passionate about Workplace Experience using technology and policies as accelerators. An associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Tony Elumelu 2019 Fellow. I love to give back to my society through volunteering in my field of expertise and a volunteer with TOES as the International HR Director in five countries.
Currently, an associate at SeamlessHR, a fast rising technology startup that specialises in solving Human Resource problems through intuitive HR software applications in Africa.
I am the Co-founder of Career Guild, a support system for young professionals to thrive and ace the marketplace through online trainings, coaching and access to job opportunities while supporting small businesses in Lagos with recruitment and training.
