Funmi Ayobami Olajide is a seasoned growth strategist, proficient people manager, HR Tech Expert, and accomplished financial analyst. She obtained her degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. Additionally, she holds certifications in Financial Ratio Analysis, Business Analysis Financial Analysis and HR Tech.
She has vast experience as Customer Support Associate, HR/Administrator and Head of Operations in a financial institution. She is also passionate about social development which fueled her drive to create sustainable impact through awareness campaigns, advocacy efforts, training programs outreach initiatives and empowerment drives. Her advocacy of SDG 4- Quality Education; SDG 5 - Gender Equality; SDG 9- Industry Innovation & Infrastructure; and SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals inspired her founding of "The gloryhouse Foundation", which focuses on Identity Formation and Self-discovery among teenagers and youths.
Through this non-governmental organization (NGO), she has impacted over two thousand teenagers while also empowering over five hundred women with various incentives. Beyond this impactful work within NGOs where she serves as Program Officer, Media Personnel,M&E Analysts, and Grant Writer (landing international funds),
She is a trained counselor for sexual abuse survivors as well as a certified child advocate.
She loves making influences in any small way, she is people-oriented by nature led her to explore certification courses in human management she operates as an entrepreneur who loves making influences in any small way possible.
