A partsperson by trade, Josh started with Traxxon Rock Drills in 2007 and has since worked at various levels of the supply chain within the company.
Josh started in the warehouse as the shipper/receiver. By excelling at this role he quickly climbed into the warehouse supervisor and parts desk position in late 2008, eventually becoming the parts manager in the summer of 2010.
While working as parts manager, Josh studied and received a Redseal Partsperson technical trade certification through the Industry Training Authority (ITA) in May 2013.
Most recently, Josh took the position of Inventory Control Manager at the beginning of 2015. This new position was focused on streamlining and identifying areas of weakness within the supply chain, as well as forecast and demand planning for in-house manufacturing.
Today Josh works towards furthering his education in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation program from Supply Chain Canada and Simon Fraser University. He looks forward to new challenges to continue his growth and improve his professional level of service and knowledge.
Josh enjoys motorcycles, martial arts, craft beer and keeping up to date with technology in his spare time.
