Frank W. Toebs

The most interesting job being a specialist for other people´s garbage and apartment clearences finally- after more than 25 years- gave me a hint to find my way to describe and collect much of what I´ve seen or done in the past. My knowledge about sports and football (soccer) now also gives the opportunity to work as a freelance journalist in Berlin.
In March 2015 my first short film "Mr. Meteor geht"
(Mr Meteor is leaving for good) was selected for
11 mm Fußball- Filmfestival in Berlin.
Other projects dealing with similar protagonists are in progress.

For me the most remarkable maxim is: Games are not valuable because they can teach someone a skill or make the world a better place. Like other forms of cultural expression they are important because they are beautiful. (Eric Zimmermann, Manifesto for a Ludic Century).
