George Snitz

I have fourteen years of engineering experience spanning mechanical, electrical, and controls. These three simple traits guide me daily:

- Care about those with whom you work
- Stay organized and fastidious
- Communicate clearly and frequently

I wear multiple hats in my day-to-day work, including team manager, product owner, technical writer, software developer, and test engineer. I contribute to business strategy sessions, cross functional feedback loops, and failure analysis teams. I occasionally provide customer service and fabrication support when highly technical knowledge is needed.

I have performed well in structured roles with defined workflows where a solution is known to exist, as well as in unstructured roles requiring investigative work where the solution is not easily found. I know how to do a lot of different things, and at the same time, I also know when to call in the subject matter experts for help. I enjoy learning new material and problem solving, and thrive when frequently doing something new or different.
