As a person I generally am pretty indecisive and all over the place, hence I am still undecided for a major. That being said, this inability to choose any one thing has led me to be a person with many obscure hobbies and interests. It also doesn't help that I am an only child so I had all the time in the world to, for example, practice magic tricks in my basement for hours as a child. Being an only child to two working parents also meant a lot of summer camps each summer, most notably, circus camp. It sounds crazy but it wasn't held under tents with clowns running around, but instead in a Jewish private school's gymnasium. There I became fixated on the idea of learning how to unicycle. I'm not sure why that's what I decided I had to learn, but every day for hours I would practice riding one of the camp's unicycles around the gym, each day gaining a few inches on how far I could get, and a whole new set of bruises to come home with. Finally, after trying every day for an entire summer, I was able to make a full lap around the gym and officially became the coolest lame person I knew. Now that talent, along with many of my others, is completely useless except for answering the prompt: “Tell me something interesting about you.”
