Gabe Robinson

I am an aspiring voice actor and sound engineering technician.

After graduating from Mahomet-Seymour High School in 2009, I continued my education at Parkland College in Champaign. There I became involved in the radio station WPCD Champaign 88.7 The Wave, both as an on-air personality, as well as a content creator producing commercials for the station. After hearing the work I had done for them, the Station Manager recommended I look into the Arts Technology program at Illinois State University. Upon completing my AA degree in 2011, I became a student at ISU. In December of 2013 I graduated from ISU on the Dean’s List, with a degree in Arts Technology with a musical focus.

While at ISU I joined the Music Business Organization where I became head engineer and then studio manager of the recording studio that we created and continue to run.In my final semester at ISU I interned at Connoisseur Media, LLC. The internship required me to write commercials for clients, as well as produce commecials that would then go on-air via our three radio stations. Once I completed the internship I was offered a part-time job which I continue to do.
