I am a student currently living in Cullowhee, NC, attending Western Carolina University. My interests range from camping to outdoors. I am also interested in music, fitness, and working on vehicles. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor‘s of Science in Natural Resources Management with a minor in Geology. I plan to join the Army after earning my degree and pursue a career in infantry as an officer, in hopes to move to the next level and serve under the Army’s Special Operations Command. I have completed and passed classes within the many applications of natural resources management, including hydrology, wildlife biology, fire management, and wilderness medicine. I am certified as both an emergency medical responder and wilderness emergency medical responder as well. As of January, 2024, I currently work as a student food service lead for the campus dining services on Western Carolina University’s main campus. I also work independently as a fly fishing guide on the Tuckaseegee River, and its surrounding tributary streams. As mentioned earlier, I primarily enjoy anything to do with the outdoors; from hunting to fishing, to high adventure sports, I enjoy the challenge all of those activities present.
