Gabi Marshall

Gabi Marshall is interested in all good things in life. She has been writing, cooking and photographing the blog "The Feast Within" since 2007. In 2002, she completed a Master Gardener's course from the agricultural extension of Utah State University. She believes in organic gardening and serving Mother Nature by supporting natural biodiversity and good stewardship of the land. Gabi enjoys creating through writing, arts, crafts and (of course) baking and cooking. Comfort and joy are keywords in her domain.

In the outside world Gabi has worked as a professional baker, been an accounting and bookkeeping manager since 1998 and a business and finance manager for over 20 years.
