From of my Hospitality experience I have developed excellent customer service. My interest then was to increase the number of customer. This is how I get involved in Digital Marketing and Distribution Channel. How make an online visitors taking on an action. "CRO"

From my point of view it is equally a science and an art. At Uni I have developped consulting skills like the McKinsey theory. I identify the roots cause of the problem, make hypotheses, bring recommandations. This is the science part. The art part is the creative aspect that means how is build the website from a visitor point of view.

During my previous experience I have developed skills in time management & prioritizing task. I am selfconfident able to work under pressure as when I was working for the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris in the Purchase department and for ACCOR head office in France.

I have great capabilities with numbers that give me the skill to analyze data and translate numbers into value.

I have been involved in sports for the majority of my life. I am currently a member of the Auckland Rugby 2015 Champions, GTEC Under 85.

During University, I was Team Manager for the rugby team and skipper of the team (as well as goal-kicker). I have learned how to thrive in a team environment, developed great time management skills, and how to prioritize and manage simultaneous tasks. My participation in sports has also taught me hard work and dedication, and how to become self-motivated in order to achieve necessary goals.
