My personal goal is to strive to complete any challenge that is presented to me, while keeping a positive attitude. My motto is to lead on purpose and not by accident, this is what makes the difference for those you lead. I am not afraid of failure, in fact, it is through failure and the actions taken after are what defines you.

I am a dedicated student and a full-time employee at University Medical Center. I believe in helping others and providing positive encouragement for my team. I see to daily operations involving logistical planning and problem solving. Other tasks that I undertake involve inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, leading meetings, and project management. By using these skills on a daily basis, I am able to think quickly on my feet in accomplishing any task that is brought to me.
