Gabriela is co-founder and partner of Metta and formerly Programme Director of the ATI Boeing Accelerator. Before that, she was programme director of Ignite and the co-founder and former CMO of Ignite and Techstars NYC alumni company, Mindmate, a health-tech startup that started in Glasgow, raised over $2M from top-tier international investors and is now headquartered in the US. While at MindMate, she grew the platform from user 0 to 50K and sold into the NHS. Since joining Ignite as Programme Director, she successfully accelerated and supported over 80 startups and has mentored hundreds more.

She also ran the Female Founder Meetup Group in London and is on the Board of the Chisenhale Dance Space. She is a mentor for Female Factor, Kickstart and the Accelerator Network. Gabi's passion after startups is fantasy literature.
