My name is Gabriela Roldan, I am a double major second year student studying Veterinary and Biomedical Science as well as Psychology with a focus in autism. I have a soon to be five month old puppy (Rosie) that means the absolute world to me and would most likely make many many many appearences on here.

Rosie and I have been living in a small town right outside of Philly for a few months now. And within our time of discovering and adveturing we have had quite the journey. Many nights of cooking and many weekend mornings of hiking!

This blog will mostly consist of cooking recipes I have encountered and tried, as well as daily adventures Rosie and I get ourselves into. Enjoy :)
