Gabriel Ayala

I'm an engineering student in University of Navarra, Spain.

I come from Caracas, Venezuela, where I started my engineering studies in 2006 at Simon Bolivar University. After 3 years, I went to London to make a Diploma on marketing and management... this was because I like to know new things and places. I finished the diploma in 2009 and went back to Venezuela to continue my degree in engineering. That was when my family decided to move out of the country.

The causes were all in the crisis Venezuela is going through. The political and economic situation are not very well at the moment. That's how I came here to Spain to finish the engineering degree. I also will be going to Glasgow as an Erasmus student next semester.

During all this time as a student I have also been in many Model United Nations conferences. I actually won the World Model United Nations conference in 2009, which is organized by Harvard University. I also have created groups and taken part in many extra curricular activities.

During my summer breaks I have made 2 different internships. One in Orlando, USA in 2011 and the other one in London, UK, in 2009. I'm also a very business minded engineer. I took my GMAT and had an overall score of 620 in the 70% percentile. Please take a look at my LinkedIn profile to see my complete CV.
