In high school, I purchased candy in bulk from Sam's Club at $0.15 per piece on average. After several months of sacrificing my lunch hour to instead sell candy at $0.50 per piece to my fellow high school students, I was on my way to Germany as a foreign exchange student. This was the first of many entprepreneurial endevors to come.

Since my high school candy operation, I have graduated to technology and commercial real estate. I have founded four Internet firms focused on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) strategy, two of which were acquired by publically traded firms.

I am a business executive with a multitude of experience in early stage and rapid-growth, recurring revenue technology and Web 2.0 businesses based on a SaaS model. I have specific business expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as business automation software via development of homegrown web applications.
