I am a 37 year old Carpenter from St. Louis, Missouri. I am the father of two intelligent, challenging kids and a dog. Top on my list of favorite things to do are camp and be outdoors whenever life allows me, and I try to absorb as much information about it as I can. Heading to the woods can be as simple as half an hour walking through a park, camping for the weekend, or as complex as months hiking along a trail. My purpose with this blog is to share my knowledge and experiences of spending time in Missouri forests, and nature as a whole, with you.
