Gabriel J. Mariotti
Gabriel J. Mariotti designed and implemented an extensive indoor initiative program that served thousands of customers each year through a multi-tier program schedule. He provided leadership and direction from the campus’ conception to implementation. Gabriel J. Mariotti recruited, hired, trained, and supervised a diverse and gender campus staff, by maintaining a technical notebook on all projects performed. After gaining his advanced engineering degree, Gabriel J. Mariotti recruited record numbers of potential candidates. He administered employee performance reviews, motivated work force to exceed standards for customer service, and fostered teamwork and collaboration in a non-threatening, progressive, and diverse environment.
