For the last 15 years, I have led various programs and large projects implementation, providing critical systems and products during my work engagement @ Petrom Service (OMV Group), Raiffeisen Bank and Deutsche Bank. I have demonstrated success in managing these full program & project life-cycles for more than 40 investments, which have resulted in multi-million EUR savings for these companies. I possess a deep understanding of business and how to utilize technology in order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet requirements of business, being specialized in large projects, transformation programs and software development projects (SDLC) implementation by using Agile mindset, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, RUP or Critical Chain frameworks, covering technology, people, processes, contracts and business change.

My expertise includes strong hands-on technical skills with software applications and the ability to manage large scale programs/multi-projects, consistently delivering these engagements within time and budget constraints. I possess a solid track record for leading and motivating technical and business professionals in order to achieve high levels of performance.
