Gabriel Otte is an Orthodox Christian deacon and entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology, faith, and public service. He is the co-founder and CEO of Dinari, a regulated financial platform that enables tokenized trading of real-world assets. Before launching Dinari, he founded Freenome, a biotech company that developed AI-driven multiomics blood tests for early cancer detection. Gabriel began his technology career as a software engineer at Apple when he was just 17 and was later recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 in Healthcare for his pioneering work.
He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and daughter, serving as a corporate chaplain to startup founders and ministering at St. Stephen Orthodox Church in Campbell, California. He holds a Master of Theology from the University of Balamand via the Antiochian House of Studies. He is also the head of Otte Family Capital, a philanthropic foundation, and a trustee at St Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary.
