Gabriel Warren

Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant located in Tallahassee, Florida. He previously practiced law at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., where he became a shareholder and focused on healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming clients. His 14-year legal career centered on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.

Gabriel was born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, where he attended local schools and later joined the International Baccalaureate program. He graduated from Duke University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science, working for the athletic department during his studies.

After Duke, Gabriel pursued law at Vanderbilt University Law School. He earned Dean’s Scholar recognition and participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab. His commitment to service was shown through his work with the Legal Aid Society. He graduated in May 2010 with his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

While studying, Gabriel gained experience at The Constitution Project, interned for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he served as a Summer Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, assisting with legal research and drafting.

At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated industries, helping with compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement matters. He also supported gaming and alcohol businesses in navigating legal requirements.

Gabriel has supported organizations including America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He engages with local schools, Duke University, and environmental causes. Outside work, he spends time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, and enjoys golf, fishing, and travel. Gabriel Warren maintains a strong commitment to his profession and community.
