Ciao! I’m Gabriele. I’m all about co-creation, learning from amazing people, and making sure individuals and teams feel joy in what they do. After earning my degree in Corporate Communication in Italy, I’ve spent 17 years across Europe in sales, leadership, transformation, and coaching roles.

At the heart of my work, I help others feel connected and understood through being heard. These days, I’m immersed in coaching, facilitation, and training—working with Agile, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Lean practices. I love how these approaches create environments where every voice counts, cultures evolve, and we stay focused on delivering value.

I’m excited to further develop my skills in Enterprise Business Agility, Team Coaching, and Talent Development. My goal? To step into the Chief Human Officer (CHO) space and help organisations design exceptional employee and client experiences with dedication and care.
