Ciao! My name is Gabriele. Above all I love co-creation, learning from cool people and fighting unconscious bias. After earning my degree in corporate communication in my home country Italy, I have spent 15 years across Europe in sales, management, consulting and coaching roles.
Currently, my days are full of humbling 1:1 and team coaching experiences. I work with empowered people to evolve their ways of working embracing agile, design thinking, scrum and OKRs practices. I love the way we establish an environment where every voice counts, culture and mindset evolve, but we get things done.
I plan to develop further my skills in Enterprise Business Agility, Team Coaching and Anthropology. I aim to work in the CHO - Chief Human Officer - space and help organizations design employee and client experience with the same dedication and care.
