Sumit gaddh

I was born on Nov 3, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois. My father, Eduardo Gaddh was a Priest and my mother Klarissa Gaddh was a writer. I studied at the Chicago Institute of Cooking and Arts in 1994. At first, I intended to specialize in Cooking and Culinary Arts, but soon I became fascinated with Arts. I began my career as a chef with a local bakery in Chicago. My childhood dream was to be able to cook on cruise lines.
