Consumer Marketing in California
As the Head of Developer Experience in North America for Microsoft Mobile, Marc is Responsible for all activities and engagements related to evangelism, business development, app ecosystem expansion and health, sales & marketing support and operator engagement.
Prior to his current role, Marc led Operator Ecosystem activities for North America, acting as a bridge between the account teams selling devices into operators, and the developer experience groups (local & global), sourcing great apps to highlight the key selling points and differentiation of Nokia hardware.
Much of Marc's past career has been focused in the social and location-based mobile services (SoLoMo) sector. He's held strategic roles, driving business development, product, marketing and evangelism activites at companies like Rocket Mobile, FunMobility and Yahoo! Mobile.
Marc is recognized by Always On Media as a "Mobile Power Player" and brings seventeen years of mobile experience to Microsoft. His passion for ubiquitous computing, cloud services, contextual data, wearables, augmented reality and the Internet of things, give Marc a finger on the pulse that drives today's mobile ecosystem into tomorrow.
