Merziya Gaffar

Merziya Gaffar is a student at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She is currently a freshman pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (2017).

In the past, Merziya has served as a leader for various student organizations and competed in a wide variety of competitions.

Merziya is also very passionate about the empowerment of women and minorities and aims to break stereotypes and create a path for others. Aside from her involvement in school, Merziya enjoys painting, traveling, and exercising.
